jqk22 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Agreement for Malaysian Players

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the jqk22 website accessible at jqk22.asia, including all subpages, features, games, and services offered thereon.
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to jqk22, the operator of the Platform.
• "You", "User", "Member" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the jqk22 Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Member on the jqk22 Platform.
• "Wallet" means the MYR-denominated balance held within a Member's jqk22 Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or incentive amounts credited to a Member's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Real Money Funds" means MYR amounts deposited directly by a Member from their own payment instrument, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Intellectual Property" means all trademarks, logos, software, game content, graphics, and other proprietary material associated with the jqk22 Platform.

2.1 To register and use the jqk22 Platform, you must be at least 21 years of age. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. jqk22 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age (including a copy of your Malaysian Identity Card or passport) at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be immediately closed and any funds returned, subject to verification.

2.2 Each individual may register only one (1) Account on jqk22. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account suspension and forfeiture of winnings and deposits.

2.3 You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Malaysian mobile number. jqk22 may verify this information against third-party databases at any time as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations.

2.4 You represent that you are not residing in or accessing jqk22 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. jqk22 accepts no liability for unlawful use of the Platform.

2.5 Corporate accounts, accounts operated by agents, or accounts used on behalf of third parties are not permitted. All wagering activity on jqk22 must be conducted solely for personal recreational purposes.

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jqk22 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share these credentials with any third party.

3.2 jqk22 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. You agree to notify jqk22 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

3.3 jqk22 staff will never request your full password via any communication channel, including live chat, email, or SMS. Any communication purporting to be from jqk22 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.

4.1 All deposits to and withdrawals from the jqk22 Platform are processed exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via approved local payment methods, including but not limited to Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, DuitNow, FPX, and Hong Leong Connect.

4.2 The minimum deposit amount is RM20 per transaction. jqk22 does not impose a standard maximum deposit limit for regular members; higher limits may apply to Gold tier Rewards members.

4.3 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the relevant deposit, in accordance with our anti-money-laundering (AML) policy. You may not request withdrawal to a payment method other than the one used to fund your account without providing satisfactory identity verification documentation.

4.4 Withdrawal requests are subject to review. Standard withdrawal processing time is 15–30 minutes for verified accounts. jqk22 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds, which may extend processing time. We will notify you if such review is initiated.

4.5 jqk22 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your payment service provider may impose their own transaction charges, for which jqk22 bears no responsibility.

4.6 Funds deposited to your jqk22 Wallet do not accrue interest. jqk22 is not a financial institution and your Wallet balance does not constitute a deposit or investment product.

5.1 All bets placed on jqk22 — whether on casino games, live casino tables, or sportsbook markets — are final once confirmed. jqk22 does not accept requests to void or cancel bets after confirmation, except in the specific circumstances described in clause 5.3 below.

5.2 Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (for software-based games) or by the physical outcome of live dealer sessions (for live casino). All outcomes are final and binding. In the event of a discrepancy between a Member's view and jqk22's server-side records, the server-side record shall prevail.

5.3 jqk22 reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances: (a) technical malfunction affecting game integrity; (b) evidence of collusion, fraud, or match-fixing; (c) obvious pricing or odds error; (d) any other circumstance where the integrity of the wager is materially compromised. In the event of a void, the staked amount will be returned to your Wallet.

5.4 Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and table. Current limits are displayed within each game environment. jqk22 reserves the right to amend betting limits at any time without prior notice.

5.5 Use of automated betting tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to provide an unfair advantage over the house or other players is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

6.1 jqk22 offers various promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that offer.

6.2 Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as Real Money Funds. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are specified in the individual promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, bets placed on low-margin games (including but not limited to Baccarat Banker bets and European Roulette even-money bets) may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements.

6.3 jqk22 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify promotion terms, or reclaim bonus funds if there is evidence that a Member has exploited or abused the bonus in bad faith, including through the use of multiple accounts or systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent.

6.4 Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and may not be exchanged for cash prior to fulfilling applicable wagering requirements.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jqk22 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all account balances:

• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age or on behalf of any person under 21.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one Account.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or with Platform staff.
• Using or attempting to use software exploits, bugs, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Laundering money or using the Platform in connection with any unlawful financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform via a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic or access restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Members or jqk22 staff via any communication channel.
• Reverse engineering, copying, or distributing any element of the Platform's software or content.

8.1 All Intellectual Property on the jqk22 Platform — including the jqk22 name, logo, game content, software, graphics, user interface design, and written content — is the exclusive property of jqk22 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership right or licence to use any such Intellectual Property beyond what is strictly necessary for your personal use of the Platform.

8.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any jqk22 Intellectual Property without prior written consent from jqk22.

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jqk22 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or business interruption.

9.2 jqk22's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member during the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant claim.

9.3 jqk22 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. We will use reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but accept no liability for downtime, maintenance windows, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.

10.1 jqk22 is committed to responsible gaming. We provide all registered Members with access to the following self-management tools via their Account Settings: (a) deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); (b) loss limits; (c) session time reminders; and (d) self-exclusion (temporary or permanent).

10.2 Self-exclusion requests will be actioned within 24 hours of receipt. During a self-exclusion period, jqk22 will use reasonable efforts to ensure that you cannot access your Account, and you will not receive marketing communications from us.

10.3 If you believe your gambling behaviour is causing harm to yourself or others, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion facility and to seek assistance from a recognised counselling service. Details are available on our Responsible Gaming page.

10.4 The Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. jqk22 actively discourages underage gambling and will immediately close any account found to belong to an individual below the minimum age.

11.1 jqk22 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, including in cases of: (a) suspected fraud or money laundering; (b) breach of these Terms; (c) failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time; or (d) inactivity (defined as no login or wagering activity for 12 consecutive months).

11.2 In the event of Account closure by jqk22 for reasons other than prohibited conduct, any verified Real Money Funds remaining in your Wallet will be returned to you via your last registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to satisfactory identity verification.

11.3 You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting jqk22 support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any pending bonus funds will be forfeited. Real Money Funds will be returned subject to clause 11.2 above.

12.1 jqk22 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Members via email or an in-platform notification at least fourteen (14) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where amendments are required urgently by applicable law or regulatory authority direction, in which case they may take effect immediately.

12.2 Your continued use of the jqk22 Platform following notification of amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with clause 11.3.

13.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jqk22 holds its international gaming licence.

13.2 In the event of a dispute arising out of any bet, game outcome, or account matter, you must submit a formal complaint to jqk22 support in the first instance. jqk22 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

13.3 If a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through jqk22's internal dispute resolution process, you may refer the matter to the relevant gaming regulatory authority under whose licence jqk22 operates.
